To help reduce costly downtime for our customers, we have introduced the S4R Lubrication Program for those who want to take preventative maintenance to the next level. The S4R Lubrication Program is designed to help you get the most out of your equipment and keep your business running smoothly. Our program is based on the “4 R’s” of lubrication: The Right Product in the Right Place at the Right Time, applied the Right Way.
Right Product. We will come to your business and conduct an extensive lube survey, gathering information on your equipment and needs. We will then provide you with a simplified lubricant list based on OEM recommendations, operating conditions, and our knowledge of lubricants.
Right Place. The recommendations we make are useless if the products are not used in the correct places. Through labels on reservoirs, containers, and tanks, we try to help mitigate putting the Right Product in the wrong place. Upon request, we will also provide a completed list of equipment and the recommended lubricants.
Right Time. Today’s lubricants are advanced products and can withstand the long haul if monitored correctly. We will help you to develop an oil analysis program to maximize the life of your lubricants. In some cases, we can extend drain intervals to 3-4 times the current rate.
Right Way. With the help of vendors, we can provide training on proper lubricant storage and handling, as well as fundamentals to help educate you and your people on how critical lubricants are for your operation.
