About Us….
Sutton System Sales, Inc. is a family-owned and -operated business in the heart of South Georgia. We work hands-on with our customers to ensure they receive the upmost support and service possible. When it comes to the petroleum and fuel business, we are second to none. We operate out of a single location and are one of the fastest growing petroleum marketers in South Georgia.
Our History….
In 1950, Mr. Franklin Sutton began selling fertilizer, including Anhydrous Ammonia. Anhydrous Ammonia was fairly new at the time and applicators were virtually nonexistent, so he began to manufacture equipment for its application. Mr. Sutton’s equipment became known as “The Sutton System,” and our name was born. The Sutton System began manufacturing other equipment, such as trailers and harrows used on the farm, and later began servicing farm accounts with bolt bins and filters. In 1986, Mr. Sutton began an endeavor in the lubricants business by purchasing Moultrie Grocery Company’s oil business and route trucks, selling cases of engine oil, antifreeze, and pails of hydraulic oil. Since that time, we have become marketers for Mystik, Clarion, Lucas Oil Products, Martin Lubricants, Technical Chemical Company, and others, including Chevron, for which we hold the title of being a First Source Marketer. Fuel was added to our line of products in the mid-‘90s. Today, fuel, lubricants, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), and a variety of related products are our bread and butter under the leadership of two of Mr. Sutton’s sons, James and John Paul Sutton.

Our office staff is always ready to help in any way they can. Our sales staff includes members that are STLE CLS and OMA-1 Certified, with over 50 years’ experience in the Fuel and Lubricants Industry, capable of helping you to ensure your business stays rolling at all times.
